Sleeping out in the comfortable box-spring bed, relaxing on the sheltered south-facing terrace or playing games together at the spacious dining table: everyone gets their money’s worth in this bright, family-friendly 105 m² country house. Wake up to birdsong, enjoy a full breakfast in the morning sun and then discover the beautiful countryside of Drenthe while walking or cycling. The 610 m² plot offers plenty of privacy and space to relax in peace.

Ground Floor

The spacious living room offers seating for 6 and has French doors to the terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun or seek shade under the electric awning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, electric juicer and a complete inventory for 6 people. In the utility room you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge-freezer and a drying rack.

Second floor

On the second floor are three bedrooms: two bedrooms have a comfortable double box-spring bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm × 200 cm). For families with children, the house is additionally equipped with a stair gate, children’s toys, a high chair, children’s crockery, a paddling pool and a potty. In the master bedroom there is also a desk with chair – ideal for those who want to do some more work. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Garden and outdoor space

The country house stands on a plot of about 610 m² and has a living area of 105 m². The sunny garden offers all-day opportunities to enjoy: from breakfast in the morning sun to a drink at sunset. The terrace has a lounge set and deck chairs, and right outside the door is a playground for children. The driveway has room for 2 cars; additional parking spaces can be found at the reception.

• This holiday home is rented without linens and towels as standard. These can be rented from us for a fee. Please add this when booking under “services” or bring your own bedding and towels.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home.
• Holding parties and celebrations is not permitted without consulting the landlord.
