Holiday Home Country House 20

Country House 20 is a spacious and cozy holiday home of 140 m², situated on a beautiful plot of 1,260 m². This country house offers plenty of comfort and privacy – ideal for families or friends who want to relax in a green, peaceful setting. Inside and outside there is everything for a carefree vacation, from a cozy living room with a stove to a luxurious Jacuzzi under the covered terrace – the highlight of this house.

First floor layout

On the first floor you will find a bright living room with comfortable seating area, television and Blu-ray player – a nice place to relax together by the stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and basic cooking utensils. There is also a dining area, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and a separate toilet.

Second floor and attic

On the second floor are the bedrooms and the modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the garden and surrounding nature – a wonderful place to start or end the day peacefully. The fourth bedroom is in the attic, accessible via a space-saving staircase.

Garden and outdoor space

At this country house you get not one garden, but two: the spacious plot consists of two adjacent parts, connected by a few oak trees that provide pleasant shade in summer. In front is the covered terrace with Jacuzzi and lounge set – perfect for relaxing, whatever the weather. Behind the house is space to play, barbecue or just enjoy the view. The driveway has room for two to three cars, and bikes can be safely stored and charged in the wooden shed.

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets are allowed. There is a surcharge of €26 per pet. Please add the number of pets when booking under “services”.
• This holiday home is rented without bedding and towels as standard. These can be rented from us for a fee. Please add this when booking under “services” or bring your own bedding and towels.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home.
• Holding parties and celebrations is not permitted without consulting the landlord.
